Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules can change. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No fee • Cancellations within 24 hours: May be subject to a $100 cancellation fee • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: May be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service Rescheduling is always preferred when possible, and we will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to reschedule at no additional cost. By booking a service, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
